You can choose to remain anonymous or, if you prefer, you can share your identity with the Whistleblower Manager in order to facilitate the investigation process. All details are very important, so we ask that you include as much information as possible.Reports must be made in good faith. Misuse and/or making false statements is serious and undermines the purpose of this channel, and may result in sanctions.

Make a complaint
The Case Manager may not reveal his/her identity, which may only be disclosed by legal obligation or court order.
It's important to be precise. For example, if the incident took place in the organization's offices, indicate the city, building, floor and room.
Please describe the incident, and include all the people and organizations involved, witnesses, dates and times, and relevant locations (what? how? who? when? and where?). Please indicate any evidence (attachments) and details you would like to share with us. This field allows a maximum of 8000 characters.
